“Our work is ‘custom made’, to your order.

Each piece is based on your specific measurements, your intended use and your tastes and requires extensive planning and design work. Nothing is ‘cookie cutter’.

We actually start your order when we accept your order, take your ‘castings’ (‘casting’ is a method of taking your custom measurements by actually developing exact replicas of your feet and legs.) and talk with you. Further research and design options can also be involved for each pair we make.

Therefore, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of order being placed.

You agree to make the 2nd, 50% payment when you place your order and you agree to make the scheduled payment of the balance due of the second 50% on a specific date, or sooner. The date will be determined when we accept your order specifics.

Failure to make the scheduled payment may result in cancellation of your order. In any event, there will be no refunds on deposits or payments.

All payments must be made before delivery!

We accept cash, as well as payment from your Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
